Questions parents ask
How do I get a free worksheet on WhatsApp?
Message Halo School on WhatsApp with your child's class and the topic, or a photo of the textbook page. You get a printable PDF worksheet and a separate answer key in about a minute. It is free.
Are the worksheets CBSE and NCERT aligned?
Yes. For CBSE the worksheet uses the NCERT book's terms and chapter names, and from Class 9 it follows the board's paper pattern, including MCQs, assertion and reason, case-based questions and marks. ICSE, state boards, Cambridge, IB and US curricula each get their own style.
Can you check my child's homework?
Yes. Send photos of the finished worksheet (ours, a school sheet or a book page) and Halo School marks it: a score, a tick or cross per question, hints for mistakes, what went well and one next step, as a marked PDF.
Can I make a worksheet from a photo of the textbook?
Yes. Send a clear photo of the page or exercise; you get new questions of the same kind and level on the same skill (never copied from the page).
Which classes and boards do you cover?
Classes 1 to 12 for CBSE, ICSE and ISC, state boards, Cambridge (Primary, Lower Secondary, IGCSE, A Level), IB (PYP, MYP, DP) and US Common Core, including families in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar and the rest of the Gulf.
Is it really free? How many can I make?
Yes, worksheets and marking are free. A family can make up to 10 worksheets and have up to 20 marked each day.
Are the answers correct?
Every numerical answer is worked out by a calculator before the sheet is made, and sums set out in columns are checked automatically against the answer key.
Do you also teach live?
Yes. Halo School teaches live, one-to-one 45-minute classes with real teachers. From any worksheet you can ask for a class on that topic.
